Nimbus was imagined by David with his former Harvard University student Rachel Field and launched commercially in July 2019. The product has been used in food and beverage environments to sample and experience aromatic foods without ingestion, delivering olfactory cues that modify metabolism, shape cravings, and redesign food experience. Nimbus is now the delivery basis of FEND, one of David’s most recent ideas, a new nasal hygiene developed in response to the Covid 19 pandemic.
