David Edwards catches up with Dr. Dung Trinh, MD, Chief Medical Officer at Irvine Medical Center, in a reflection on Food as Medicine. From a five-year old air-lifted out of Hanoi on the last day of the Vietnam War to his role today as medical doctor and advocate for preventive health through good eating, Dr. Trinh brings a lifelong experience in saved lives to audiences in talks and internet radio programs across Southern California.
